This beautiful wedding took place at Agota Springs in Kingsport, Tn. We had a pretty strong thunderstorm in the afternoon that cleared up just in time for the wedding. The sun peeped out just as the mother of the bride was being seated! The rain stayed away just long enough for the ceremony (literally until the bride and groom kissed!) I loved the natural look of the wedding!

I had the opportunity to design flowers for a wedding yesterday in Johnson City. The bride used raspberry and white with hints of green and lavender. The wedding was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The ceremony took place at a church in downtown Johnson City. The reception was held at the Carnegie Hotel. I have included pictures of the bridal bouquet, ceremondy decor, and reception centerpieces.

Jessica and Weston

Yet another delayed post! Jessica and Weston were married in Maryville, TN in July. Their wedding was gorgeous! She used soft pinks and yellows. I had the opportunity to use so many types of flowers in her arrangements. Roses, lillies, alstromeria, daisies, snapdragon, stock, hypericum berries, lisianthus, limonium, etc. The reception was held at Smithview pavilion. The venue went beautifully with her flowers and decorations!

Sara and Jimmy were married in Kingston, Tennessee in June. They had a beautiful wedding and reception! Their colors were purple, yellow, and white. Sara used gray as an accent color. Their wedding was great fun. Thanks for letting me be part of your day!

Rachel and David

Rachel and David were married on May 29th, 2010. I was so excited to not only design the flowers, but also be part of the wedding! Rachel and David's color scheme included black and white with purple accents. We created a classic bridal bouquet of roses. Bridesmaids carried beautiful purple roses! I loved creating beautiful flowers for a beautiful couple!

p.s. I am the furthest bridesmaid on the right :)

Congrats Jes and Josh! They were married on June 16th at Allendale Mansion in Kingsport. The ceremony was held in the rose garden with a reception following at Meadowview Convention Center. Jes and Josh carefully picked flowers to match their deep Purple and yellow color scheme. They chose irises, lisianthus, lillies, roses, and alstromeria lillies. It was wonderful to be part of a wedding for two people that were so clearly in love!

I had the joy of designing flowers for my sister-in-law and Will's wedding on April 17th. The wedding was held at historic Rockwood Manor outside Blacksburg, Virginia. Emily's colors were a deep purple and champagne. My goal was to create florals that added to the antique elegant feel of the wedding. Her bouquet was made of deep purple hydrangea, hypericum berries, cream gerbera dasies, tulips, and alstromeria lillies. Centerpieces, aisle baskets, and various other arrangements contained mixtures of deep purples and greens, creating beautiful depth and color. I loved being a part of such a wonderful event! I have included pictures of the beautiful bride and her wedding flowers.
